能量色散X射线荧光光谱分析大气颗粒中多种元素 被引量:20

摘要 采用基本参数法,利用较少的几个标样,建立能量色散X射线荧光光谱对大气颗粒物中多种元素的定量分析方法。在不破坏样品的情况下,可测定探测下限为xng/cm2的大气颗粒物的无机元素,测量的RSD(n=10)为0.5%~18.1%,测定空气滤膜标准的结果与标准值符合较好。 Application of fundamental parameter (FP) method to quantitative analysis of 20 different elements in airborne particles by EDXRF was reported in this article. Only a few standard samples were used in the totally nondestructive analysis. The detection limits for most elements are <10 ng/cm2. The results are in agreement with certified values with precision of 0.5%~18.1% RSD (n=10).
