摘要
本文应用“含资源与环境项目的社会会计矩阵”分析 1991～ 1998年河北省资源净产值、环境净产值和真实储蓄值。分析表明资源大量损耗与环境污染成为河北省经济总量增长的巨大代价。其发展呈弱可持续性特征。针对河北省的资源、环境问题 ,提出可持续发展的对策措施。
The theory and method of Social Accounting Matrix including Resources and Environment (SAMRE) is used to measure the sustainable development of Hebei Province in this paper. Data of Net Resource Product (NRP)?Net Environment Product (NEP) and Genuine Saving (Sg) during the period from 1991 to 1998 are adopted in this research. Results show that economic growth of Hebei province is at the great cost of resources consumption and environmental pollution. The sustainability of development is weaker and weaker. According to the problem, countermeasures for sustainable development are suggested.
