摘要
该文分析了黑河流域降水及河水时空分布规律,划分并阐明了中、下游盆地地下水系统与特征,探讨了盆地区地表水与地下水大数量相互转化的固有规律,深入分析了流域水资源开发利用引起的资源和环境负效应,提出了流域水资源开发的建设性建议。
In the paper, the precipitation and temporal-spatial distribution regularities of the river water in the study area has been analyzed, groundwater system and its characteristics of the middle and lower reaches have been divided and deliberated and the intrinsic regularities of surface water and groundwater transformation on a large scale has been discussed. Furthermore, the resource and environment negative effect induced by the development of water resource has been analyzed and the constructive suggestions for the development of water resources have been put forward.
