摘要
一、引言 铌酸锂单晶具有良好的压电效应、电光效应和较高的非线性系数,已在激光等领域中广泛应用。它是制成倍频器、调制器、Q开关和参量振荡器的重要材料之一。但在强激光照射下,该晶体的折射率发生变化(即光折变或光损伤)。
A new method for increasing threshold value of light damage was proposed by which the lithium content was increased so that the threshold value of light damage of the crystal inereased from tens K W up to hundreds MW.
