摘要
易折安瓿应力釉是色环、色线,色点易折安瓿瓶的必需材料,它随着近几年来易折安瓿瓶的迅速发展而引起人们重视。 目前常用的易折安瓿应力釉是由色釉玻璃粉、玻璃色素和调墨油配制而成。它在烧戍温度与化学稳定性上存在缺陷,即烘烧中烧成温度范围窄、易析铅、光泽差等。应力釉的涂敷性能、贮藏性能,分散程度的好坏,往往对易折安瓿的质量和折断力的大小有较大影响。而现用应力釉的调墨油是由乙基纤维素、松节油、松油醇等混合调配而成。
Glass composition was derived by additive property of glasses and coloured glass powder eon position was set up through testing experiments and resonable compositional modification.Variours additives were added in ink mixing paste to try to improve viacosity-temperature characteristic,suspension and defloculation so as to improve operation behaviour of stressed enamel for easy-breaking ampoules.
