摘要
国产钢板替代进口钢板应用于搪瓷工业,钢板的内在和外观质量是搪瓷工作者十分关心的问题。初用国产钢板生产搪瓷制品,一旦产生缺陷,最先考虑的原因是由钢板所致,而瓷釉和生产工艺方面的问题却忽略了。这对正确解决搪瓷制品泡孔类缺陷不利。
Blistering in upper ring and bottom corners of enamel wares was investigated by the author and results show that the blisters depend strongly on the producing process but not upon domestic steel sheet.This problem can be cured by modification of operation.
