摘要
鱼鳞爆是搪瓷制品最严重也是最常见的缺陷之一。为了克服和预防搪瓷产生鱼鳞爆,广大的搪瓷工作者进行了大量的研究工作,并取得了许多丰富的经验。但是,由于导致搪瓷产生鱼鳞爆的因素较多,如钢板的组成和结构、瓷釉及磨加物的组成、搪烧工艺条件。
More than 10 methods for eliminating and prevonting from fishscale defects of sheet steel enamelwares were collected and summarized in the present paper.According to producing process of enamelwares a series of methods for eliminating and preventing from fishscale,such as sheet steel composition and its surface treatment,modification of frit composition,change of mill addition and adjustment of ball-milling and firing technology etc,were suggested by the authors.
