摘要
本文从邓小平外交思想的前提、根本原则、基本准则、实现方式、目标和具体策略等五个方面论述了邓小平和平外交思想的科学体系。当前 ,研究和掌握邓小平和平外交思想的科学体系对于我国正确处理纷纭复杂的国际事务 ,正确制定外交政策 ,有重要的理论意义和实践意义。
The thesis discusses the scientific ideology of Deng Xiao-ping' s peace diplomacy. It contains the premisses, fundamentals, basic guide lines, the ways of realization, aims and specific policies etc. It is important to study and master Deng Xiao-ping' s diplomatic ideology for the nonce. It can help to deal with the complicated affairs of the world and to work out the right diplomatic policies.
