摘要
晶核剂对微晶玻璃的制造工艺和物理化学性能有着重要的影响。它们对玻璃的晶化作用,一直是各国科技工作者所广泛研究的课题。本文旨在研究F^-和S^(2-)阴离子对CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2。系玻璃的分相和晶化的影响,以便制取不同性能的微晶玻璃和带有晶花的结晶质玻璃。
In this paper,the effect of F~ and S2-ions on phase separation and crystallization of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass is studied by means of DTA,IB spectroseopy,XRD,DTEM and EDX.The results show that with the increase of the contents of F-phase separation of the glass intensifies,the microstructure changes and the crystallization temperature(Tc) decreases.The precipitated crystalline phase is β-CaO·SiO2.When fluorine and sulphur are added together to the glass,the ability of bulk crystallization increases and Tc further decreases.Either β-CaO-SiO2 or α-CaO-SiO2 precipitates depending on the heat treatment procedure.
