摘要
分析了养护管理现状 ,从实施“管养分开”建立有序的市场运行规则 ,逐步实现招投标管理办法等几个方面 ,阐明了公路养护市场化应进行的工作 ,以建立高效、科学的养护管理机制 。
The present situation of road maintenance manage is earnestly analyzed. And the work that should be done in road maintenance manage are in detail clarified from many aspects such as separating road manage and road maintenance; setting up order market running principle; gradually realizing competitive bidding system manage and so on. Finally some own opinions about how to establish efficient and scientific maintenance mange mechanism and to realize road maintenance marketisation are given.
