摘要
将高速公路管理中应该正确处理的十个问题分成五组 ,阐述了相互之间的关系 ,并分别按大、小 (或主、次 )关系说明解决这些问题的有效措施 。
In this paper the ten problems that should be correctly treated in expressway management are divided as five group and the relationships among those are made clear. And according to the relationships the effective solutions are illustrated to make the expressway management more standard.
