摘要
从建筑施工合同签订前的准备、评审、签订和施工中的贯彻实施 ,论述了施工合同管理是全方位、全过程的动态管理过程。指出加强合同管理是提高合同履约率 ,创造企业经济。
The dynamic management process of construction contract management is discussed from preparative work, evaluation and implementation. It is a omnibearing and full procedural management. At the same time author points out that intensifying contract management is a important way to enhance executive ratio, economic benefits and social benefits.
