摘要
循环水管理中存在的突出问题主要是循环水场硬件设施陈旧、老化 ,凉水塔排泥设施不完善 ,池底淤泥无法排掉 ;生产装置乱排乱放现象严重 ;一催冷 30 3/ 1- 30 3/ 4冷却效果差 ;气体分馏车间冷 10 8因循环水管层堵塞而冷却效果差。需要增加循环水场的投入 ,完善循环水处理设施 ,加强循环水管理 。
There have been some outstanding problems of circulating water management:hardware equipment in the circulating waterworks are old and aging,the bottom of the cooling water tower does not have evacuating equipment,so the mud cannot be drained. The production equipment is arranged seriously out of order. The cooling efficiency of Cooler 303/1-303/4 in Catalysis I Workshop is poor. Cooler 108 in the Gas-fraction Workshop does not work well either,because the circulating water pipes are blocked. More investment needs to be made for the circulating water treatment equipment. The management needs to be strengthened. Then, the treatment effect will be improved.
