摘要
在炼油化工废水回用于循环冷却水的过程中 ,采用活性炭吸附对炼油污水进行深度处理 ,可以有效地降低污水的COD ,去除效率随停留时间的增加而增加。利用臭氧对水中有机物的分解氧化作用 ,将臭氧和活性炭吸附结合起来 ,不仅可以进一步提高COD的去除效率 ,还对总固体含量的去除和腐蚀速率的控制有一定的作用。采用连续通水实验测定的活性炭饱和吸附量随不同参数的水质而不同。
As an advanced treatment technology, activated carbon adsorption can decrease COD effectively when the wastewater is reuse as make-up water in circulating cooling system. The efficiency of adsorption is related to the contact time. Ozone used before carbon adsorption can not only improve the quality of effluent further but also control the removal of total solid content and the corrosion. Pretreatments, such as flocculation and filtration,is necessary before activated carbon adsorption so as to improve the efficiency of adsorption.
