摘要
目的 :探讨创伤性椎动静脉瘘的诊断及治疗方法的选择。方法 :回顾性分析四例创伤性椎动静脉瘘血管内治疗的情况。结果 :全部病例均应用血管内栓塞治疗 ,3例椎动脉未横断型应用弹簧圈闭塞 ,1例椎动脉横断型应用可脱球囊闭塞 ,全部病例达到解剖治愈。结论 :血管内介入治疗创伤性椎动脉瘘的方法安全可靠 。
Objective:To explore the diagnosis of traumatic vertebral AVFs and the choice for the treatment.Methods:The authors analysed retrospectively intravascular trearment effect in four cases with traumatic vertedral AVFS.Results:All the cases were cured completely.Conclusion:Intravascular emboalization in the management of traumatic vertebral AVFS was very effective and safe, this method should be the first choice for the treament
