摘要
本文介绍了用落重法对GF/EP的[0_2°/90_2°/+45_2°/-45_2°]:铺层迭层板作低速冲击试验,用热解剥层技术研究了迭层板冲击损伤区的形状特征、冲击能量与分层损伤实际面积之间的关系,用扫描电子显微镜观察了冲击损伤区的微观形态,并探索出了一种价廉易得的乙酸锰/丙酮溶液作揭层技术用的渗透液。
The article introduces low speed impact test for the GF/EP ply laminates with the angle of [02°/90 °/ + 452°/ -452°]2, using the method of drop hammer. The shape feature of impact damage area of ply laminate and relations between impact energy and delamination damage area are investigated using the method of heat delamination. From the inspect of micro-scale impact damage area is observed by SF/M. And a cheaper manganese acetate/acetone liquid is given as permeable liquid for layer-tear-off technique.
