摘要
目的 评估雷米普利 (ramipril)对各种适应症的效果和安全性 ,为临床医生和医院药品购进和管理提供研究依据。并探讨基于证据进行药物评估的实用方法。方法 采用系统评价和卫生技术评估原则 ,检索Medline ,Cochranelibrary及厂家提供有关资料 ,全面收集世界范围内发表的有关ramipril的研究文章 ,对纳入文章逐个进行质量评价和结果分析。结果 收集到 2 1 4篇提到ramipril的文章 ,符合纳入标准的共 1 8篇 ,病例数 31 1 39例。研究内容包括 :高血压、糖尿病、心衰、心肌梗塞、肾病、二级预防。结论 根据现有证据 ,认为此药是一种有效、安全、易使用的药物 。
OBJECTIVE Using the principles of systematic review (SR) and health technology assessment (HTA) to analyze and assess the world-wide clinical evidence of one kind of ACEI--ramipril, aiming to provide proofs for clinical implement.We also tried to explore the basic method of drug HTA.METHODS By searching the Medline and Cochrane Library, together with related materials provided by pharmaceutics, we collected all the published clinical research articles of ramipril world-wide. According to principles of SR, we have done the proof report.RESULTS 214 articles about ramipril were collected, in which there were 18 articles meeting the inclusion criteria and 31139 patients were enrolled in these studies.CONCLUSION According to our clinical evidence assessment, ramipril is an effective, safe and qualified drug and is worthy to be spread.
