摘要
目的 探讨肝硬化患者糖耐量及胰岛 β细胞分泌功能。 方法 36例肝硬化患者与 30例正常人进行口服葡萄糖耐量及胰岛素释放试验同时测定C肽 ,测定胰岛素敏感性。结果 肝硬化组糖耐量较对照组显著降低 ,血清胰岛素水平增高 ,并发现释放延迟 ,胰岛素敏感指数IS1、IS2 降低 ,C肽正常。结论 肝硬化患者存在糖耐量异常胰岛素抵抗、高胰岛素血症 ,但胰岛
Objective To explore the glucose tolerance and secretory function of islet β cell in liver cirrhosis.Method 36 cirrhosis patients and 30 healthy controls were enrolled in the OGTT and insulin releasing test.Meanwhile the CP levels and insulin sensitivity index were measured.Result The glucose tolerance was lower significantly in cirrhosis patients compared with controls.The serum insulin level in cirrhosis was higher than controls.Insulin release was delayed in patients group and CP was normal in patients.Conclusion There are abnormal of glucose tolerance,insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia in liver cirrhosis.The release function of islet β cell is normal.
