摘要
利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线小角散射(SAXS)和电子探针对含铜、镉卤化合物的R_2O-A1_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2系同一化学组成玻璃经不同热处理后的相分离的状况和形貌进行了观察、表面微区组分分析.发现了相分离后分散相颗粒和光敏微晶颗粒的尺寸与光色性的关系.
The feature of phase sepration of glasses in the R_2O-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2 system containing Cu-Cd halides after different heat treatments are studied by SEM, TEM, SAXS and EPMA. It is found that the photochromic properties are closely related to the dimensions of the disperse phase partides and photochromic glass-ceramic particles.
