摘要
目的 了解磨削加自体表皮细胞移植治疗白癜风的疗效。方法 使用 PFJ- A型表皮细胞分离机 ,在供皮区负压吸疱 ,分离表皮。受皮区采用磨削方法去除表皮 ,磨至点状出血 ,待创面渗血停止后行表皮移植。结果 5 2 8例中有皮损片数为 95 0 4区 :痊愈 6 0 6 3区 (6 3.8% )、显效 130 1区 (13.7% )、有效 174 1区 (18.3% )、无效 399区 (4.2 % ) ,总有效率为 95 .8%。结论 磨削加自体表皮细胞移植是目前治疗白癜风最有效的方法。
Objective To figure out the effect of treating vitiligo by denudation plus self epidermis transplantation.Methods The epidermis in the donor area was separated by negative pressure produced by PFJ ⅡA epidermis separator,while the epidermis in the lesion zone was eliminated by denudation until dotted bleeding.Epidermis transplantation may carry through when the lesion zone stop bleeding.Results Totally there were 9504 pieces of lesions in 528 cases.6063 lesions were cured(63.8%).1301 lesions obviously were improved(13.7%),and 1741 lesionswere effected (18.3%) .The effect rate in all were was 95.87%.Conclusion Denudation plus self epidermis transplantation is the most effective approach to treat vitiligo.
