摘要
目的 了解夜间勃起试验 (NPT)对诊断勃起功能障碍 (ED)的临床意义。方法 用 YJZ- 2 0 4型阳痿检测治疗仪 ,对 80例 ED患者进行了 NPT检测 ,并参照国际阳痿研究会的分类标准判定检查结果。结果 其中心理性 ED相符 5 0例 (5 0 / 6 0 ) ,器质性 ED相符 2 1例 (2 1/ 2 4 ) ,结果相符率 88.75 %。器质性 ED的阴茎勃起硬度幅值、勃起持续时间、勃起次数与心理性 ED的 NPT三项指标有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 NPT检查无创、可重复、无明显副作用 ,可作为
Objective To comprehend the clinical significance of night penile erection test(NPT) on diagnosing erection dysfunction(ED).Methods 80 ED patients were tested by the YJZ 204 type impotence test and cure instrurment,and the results were judged by referring to the classifying standards of International Impotence Research Association. Results In the three indexes of hardness amplitude value,continuous duration and erection times,there were very significant differences( P <0.01) in both groups of organic ED and psychological ED.Conclusion NPT examination,without trauma and evident side effects,repeatable,can be a method of the first to select as ED diagnosis screening.
