摘要 目的探讨婴儿期颅内出血的手术治疗方法。方法对22例晚发性维生素K缺乏颅内出血患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患儿在儿科诊断和治疗基础上施行微创手术,清除颅内血肿,疗效显著,均治愈出院。结论微创手术清除婴儿颅内出血可减轻神经系统后遗症,降低婴儿期颅内出血的死亡率。 Objective To explore surgical management of intracranial hemorrhage in infants. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted of the clinical data of 22 infants with intracranial hemorrhage resulting from late-onset vitamin K-deficiency. Results All the patients were cured by surgical approach with minimal invasion for the clearance of intracranial hematoma, on the basis of pediatric diagnosis and treatment protocols. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery used to clear intracranial hematoma may minimize the sequela in the nerve system and reduce the mortality of intracranial hemorrhage in infants.
