摘要
本文描述了改进澄清过程中,气泡在玻璃液中上升的数学模型,通过与气泡上升过程的物理模拟试验结果比较,表明该数学模型接近实际情况.玻璃液均化过程的非均相扩散的数学模型能用图形清晰地表示扩散过程、非均相的浓度随时间的变化.本文还讨论了影响澄清均化的某些因素,提出了加强玻璃液澄清均化过程的某些措施.
The mathematical model of velocity of a bubble arising in glass melting is improved in this paper. It is found that this model is close to actual situation through comparing the results obtained from the mathematical modeling with that from the physical modeling. With the mathematical model of nonhomogeneous diffusion, the function between the variety of concentration and time can be described clearly by drawing. In addition, some factors whieh affect the glass refining are discussed and some measures which can improve the glass refining are put forwand in this paper.
