摘要
目的 :研究多序岩黄芪的化学成分。方法 :用柱色谱分离 ,用理化性质及波谱方法鉴定结构。结果 :分离鉴定了 3 羟基 9 甲氧基紫檀烷 (I) ,3 羟基 9 甲氧基香豆苯醚 (Ⅱ ) ,3,9 二羟基香豆苯醚 (Ⅲ ) ,β 谷甾醇 (Ⅳ ) ,胡萝卜苷 (V)等 5个成分。结论 :化合物Ⅱ ,Ⅲ ,V为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the root of Hedysarum polybotrys Hand.-Mazz.. Method: The constituents were isolated by Sephadex LH-20 and silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis. Result: Five compounds, medicarpin (I),3-hydroxy-9-methoxycoumestan (Ⅱ), 3,9-dihydroxycoumestan (Ⅲ), β-sitosterol (Ⅳ), β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (V) were obtained. Conclusion: Compounds Ⅱ,Ⅲ,V were obtained from the plant for the first time.
