摘要
目的 :对雌激素受体调节剂及其相关中药研究内容进行综述。方法 :查阅国内外研究文献 ,对雌激素受体调节剂及其相关中药的研究进行归纳、总结。结果与结论 :雌激素受体调节剂是植物体内的小分子化合物 ,通过与雌激素受体以低亲合度结合而发挥微弱的雌激素样效应。而许多中药具有雌激素样活性 ,但有待更系统、更深入的研究。
Objective:To review the study of estrogen receptor modulator and correlative Chinese herbs. Method:Based on to the documents in the world, the estrogen receptor modulator and correlative Chinese herbs summaried.Result and Condusion:Estrogen receptor modulator is biological compounds in botany.It can exert faint estrogen-like effects by low affinity with estrogen receptor.Some of the Chinese herbs have the estrogen-like activity, but further and more systemic research work arefo be done.
