摘要
目的 :研究清肺口服液的主要药理作用 ,探讨其治疗病毒性肺炎的作用机制 ,为其临床疗效提供依据。方法 :用常规方法观察该药的体外抗病毒、抑菌、免疫调节、诱生干扰素等作用。结果 :该药对 3种常见呼吸道病毒、5种细菌有抑制作用 ,可提高小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬指数 ,在小鼠体内有诱生γ 干扰素 (INF γ)的作用。结论 :清肺口服液有抗病毒、抑菌、免疫调节、诱生干扰素等作用 ,表明其为治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的有效药物。
Objeothe: Main pharmacological actions of Clearing Lung Oral Liquor for Infant Viral Pneumonia (IVP) were studied to probe into the mechanism goveming the treatment of IVP with the Liquor and provide scientific basis for its clinical application. Mathods: in vivo inhibitory effects of the Liquor against bacteria and virus, regulating immunabitity, and inducing the growth of γ interferon (INF γ). Rdsults and Conclusion: Clearing Lung Oral Liquor has a good effect in antiviral action, antibiosis, increasing the phagocytic index of mononuclear macrophage of mice, and inducing the growth of INF γ. it is an effective drug for IVP.
