摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法在浮法玻璃上镀制了xCuO·(100-x)SiO_2涂层,其中x=12~16.将样品在400~585℃之间进行热处理.用红外光谱仪、分光光度计等研究了铜的结合状态及有关性质.在一定条件下制得了红色透明涂层.通过对工艺条件及实验结果的分析,探讨了铜的着色机理.
The sol-gel method is used in this paper to prepare coating film with composition xCuO(100-x)SiO_2, where x=12~16, on the float glass. Samples were thermally treated between 400℃ and 585℃. In this paper we lay emphasis on study of the colouration. Copper incorporation and concerned properties were studied by infrared speetrophotometer, X-ray diffraction and TEM. In different technological conditions, copper incorporation is different and the colouring behavious is distinct.On certain, conditions tranparent ruby coating film was obtained on the undersurface (i.e. the tin rich bottom surface)of float glass. The colouring mechanism of copper was investigated.The analysis results indicate that metallic copper, Cu^0, imparts a ruby colour to the glass surface. The oxide of tin on undersurface of float glass play an significant part in the colouration, while thermal treatment temperature is important pledge of the colouration.
