摘要
目的 研究维吾尔药材黑种草子的鉴别方法。方法 应用来源、性状、显微鉴定及薄层色谱方法。结果 详细描述了黑种草子的性状及显微鉴别特征 ;在薄层色谱分析中 ,具有三个明显的斑点。结论 特征明显 。
Objective: To study the identification features of Uygur drug Nigella glandulifera Preyn. Method: Its resources, property, microscopic characteristic and its TLC have been studied. Results: The property and microscopic characteristic of Nigella glandulifera Preyn were described, three spots can be seen on TLC. Conclusion: The features are clear, this paper can provide a basis for the rational exploitation and utilization of Nigella glandulifera Preyn.
