摘要
目的探讨脾虚模型大鼠胆碱能神经的变化。方法选用特异性较强小泡乙酰胆碱转运体(VAChT)抗血清,从形态学上观察模型大鼠胆碱能神经在延脑腹外侧核中的变化。结果模型大鼠延脑腹外侧核VAChT免疫反应与对照组相比明显减弱。结论脾虚大鼠胆碱能神经VAChT免疫反应明显减弱,VAChT是一种新的独特的研究中枢及外周胆碱能神经元的最有效标志物。
Objective To study the changesr of cholinergic neurons in model rat with Chinese medical spleen deficience . Methods We selected very peculiar VAChT antibody marked microscopy observe to find the changes of cholinergic neurons of model animal' s nucleus ventralis lateralis (NVL) in medulla oblongata. Results VAChT immunohisto-chemistry reaction lightened obviously in cholinergic neurons of model animals nucleus ventralis lateralis ( NVL) in medulla oblongata, compared with normal group. Conclusion cholinergic neurons VAChT immunohistochemistry reaction decreased obviously in rats with Chinese medical spleen deficience. VAChT is a new and special marker for chohnergic neurosn in the central and peripheral neurol system.
