外固定支架治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折46例 被引量：6

摘要 报告 4 6例开放性胫腓骨骨折 ,除 1例因重建血循环失败致截肢外 ,余 4 5例皆采用外固定支架治疗。结果外固定时间平均 16 0d ,骨愈合时间平均 2 0 1d ,延迟愈合及假关节 2 1例 ,其中 11例植骨后愈合 ,另外 10例去外固定后改用内固定并植骨 ,骨折全部愈合。认为外固定能使骨折端稳定 ,对促进骨愈合有预防感染作用。
