冠心病患者中Lp(a)水平变化及其相关因素 被引量:4

摘要 众所周知,高胆固醇血症,尤其是高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)血症和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)降低是冠心病的独立危险因素,这己成不争的事实.目前,已有横断的病例对照研究和回顾性研究证明脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]升高也是冠心病的独立危险因素[1][2],但尚未被前瞻性大规模的流行病学研究所证实[3].本文根据对较大样本资料采取回顾性的分析方法,以探讨Lp(a)在冠心病中价值.
