摘要
城市空间必须集约化建设。有关于此,该文考察了目前存在的住房、交通与环境问题,分析了问题背后的人地、人车、人天矛盾,认为解决问题的着眼点是空间——复合的建筑空间和柔性的城市空间,提出了今后发展的对策是竖向层叠城市功能,一体化发展城市建筑与交通,立体复合自然要素与人工构筑物,建议在实践中可采取多层化作为突破口,尤其应注重天桥与屋顶组成的平台系统建设。
Our urban space needs compact construction. About this, some existing city problems, such as resident, traffic and environment are reviewed while the conflict behind between people and land, people and vehicle, people and nature are also analyzed. To solve these issues, our attention should be paid to the space, i.e. composite building space and flexible urban space. Our policy for future development is supposed to overlap city function, to incorporate urban architecture and traffic, to compound artificial buildings with natural elements. At last, multi-level space, especially the deck-system composed of sky-bridges and building roofs is recommended to apply in practice.
