摘要
该文阐述了改革开放后城市中心建设快速发展,其规模与构成、分布特点、土地利用结构都发生很大的变化。这些变化对城市中心发展产生哪些制约因素,结合南京城市中心的实例,分析了这些特点和因素,并对城市中心的规划建设提出了一些原则性意见。
With the fast development of the city center, it take a great changes in scale and frame, position characteristics and the construction of land exploition. which restriction factors were taken by this changes? In accordence with example of Nanjing City Center, this article analyzes this characteristics and factors, and puts forward several principle opinions.
