摘要
目的 探讨妊娠期对正常孕妇分泌尿系列微量蛋白质的影响。方法 尿mALB和 β2 -MG用免疫透射比浊法 ,NAG用终点法 ,尿肌酐 (Cr)用碱性苦味酸法。结果 妊娠中期 (16～ 2 6周 )和妊娠晚期 (2 7～ 37周 )尿mALB、NAG及 β2 -MG含量较正常非妊娠妇女明显升高 ,异常率可达 2 0～ 4 0 %。
Objective To investigate the effect of Pregnancy time on urinary excretion of Micro-protein in normal pregnant women.Methods The levels of urinary microalbumin(mALB) and β 2-microglobin(β 2-MG)were determined with immunoturbidimetry,Urinary Nacetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG)was detemined with endpoint,urinary creatinine was determined with Jaff's rate.The levels of urinary mALB?β 2-MG and NAG was expressed as mg?μg or units per mmol of creatinine.Results The levels of urinary mALB?β 2-MG and NAG in normal pregnant women during the 16-37 weeks of gestation were higher than those in the controls without pragnancy( P <0.05).The rates of abnormity(more than mean+2SD or less than mean-2SD)were 20%～40%.Conclusion The urinary excretion of Micro-protein in normal pregnant women were affacted remarklely by Pregnancy Time.
