摘要
近20年来,哈佛大学产业经济学家麦克尔·波特的竞争优势理论对企业战略管理的理论和实践产生了深远的影响。本文认为,新型信息经济中出现了一些新的现象如信息与其载体的分离、信息丰富性与信息受众量之间权衡关系的破裂等,对竞争优势理论的一些核心概念如价值链、价值体系以及产业结构的五种力量等形成冲击,并形成了新的企业竞争法则即竞争优势不再体现为整条价值链的总和优势,而是取决于每一部分的单独优势;竞争体现为强者愈强,弱者愈弱的正反馈形态。
In the recent twenty years Harvard economist Michael E. Porter,s competitive advantage theory has produced profound influence on the theory and practice of firm,s strategic management. This paper points out some new phenomenon in the new information economy such as the departure of the information and its carrier the break of the trade-off between information abundance and the amount of information receivers in the new information economy and analyses the impact of those phenomenon upon the core concepts of competitive advantage theory such as the value chain the value system the five forces of the industry structure. At the end of this paper the author brings forward some new competitive principles of the information economy.
