摘要
从吉林引入的短叶柄材料公交7622—4—1—4 在南京与2 个长叶柄亲本南农94—524、洪引1 号杂交,表现一对基因分离结果,其与南京发现的短叶柄材料NJ90L—1SP杂交,F1 和F2 均表现为短叶柄,表明二者有相同的遗传基础,因NJ90L—1SP受两对隐性基因控制,故推论公交7622—4—1—4 可能亦受两对隐性重叠基因控制。从南农86—4×D76—1609 组合BC2F2 群体初步结果表明,D76—1609 短叶柄性状与豆荚伏茸毛间存在连锁现象,重组率r= 3.01±1.21% 。源于NJ90L—1SP和公交7622—4—1—4 的短叶柄叶枕不正常,农艺性状较差,尚难直接利用;源于D76—1609 的短叶柄与长叶柄后代相比表现晚熟、较易倒伏,但有可能获得高产、抗倒重组类型。
It was revealed that the short petiole trait of Gongjiao 7622—4—1—4 was controlled by a recessive gene according to the segregating ratios in F 2 and F 3 of the crosses Nannong94—524×Gongjiao7622—4—1—4 and Hongyin 1 Hao×Gongjiao7622—4—1—4. The F 1 and F 2 plants of the crosses of two short petiole lines NJ90L—1SP and Gongjiao7622—4—1—4 all performed short petiole, indicating that the short petiole of Gongjiao7622—4—1—4 was probably controlled by the same two pair of recessive genes as was in NJ90—1SP. From the data of BC 2F 2 of Nannong86—4×D76—1609, there existed linkage relationship between the petiole types(long and short) and pubesence status on pods (erect and appressed), and the recombination value was r=3.01±1.21%. The short petiole lines derived from NJ90L—1SP or Gongjiao7622—4—1—4 always had abnormal pulvinus and relative bad agronomic traits. But the short petiole lines from D76—1609 appeared late maturity and easily lodging comparison with long petiole lines, and among them, some short petiole lines with early maturity and good resistance to lodging were selected. It seems that the genes controlling the short petiole of D76—1609 might be useful in breeding for high yield soybean with elite plant type.
