摘要
取食不同品种棉叶的棉铃虫,其体内羧酸酯酶,乙酰胆酯酶、谷胱甘酞-S-转移酶的活性不同,用新复极差法测验,解毒酶活性差异显著。取食高抗品种棉叶的棉铃虫,其羧酸酯酶,谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的比活力较大,而取食感虫品种叶片的棉铃虫,其比活力较小,由于食料不同,高效氯氰菊酯、辛硫磷对羧酸酯酶,辛硫磷对乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的抑制力也不同。
There were obviously different activities of carboxylesterase, acetyl-cholinesterase and glutathione-S-transferase in cotton bollworm larvae fed on differentcotton varieties,Higher specific activities of carbozylesterase and glutathione-S-transferasewere detected incotton bollworm larvae fed on high-resistant cotton varieties,while thatof those fed on susceptible varieties were lower,because of different diets,the inhibitionrates of the activities of acetylcholinesterase caused by phoxim and of carboxylesterase byalphacypermethrin and phoxim were different.
