摘要
本文在介绍转基因抗虫棉研究现状的基础上，综述了外源Ｂｔ基因对棉花产量性状及抗虫性影响的研究进展；并指出了Ｂｔ抗虫棉当前存在的几个问题，提出了提高转基因抗虫棉抗虫性和使用寿命的几种方法。
On the basis of introducing the present study of tranSgenic inscct resistant cot-ton,theis paper reviews the study advance of the effects of exogenous Bt gene on cottonyield properties and insect resistance;and point out some existing problems in use oftransgenic Bt gene insect resistant cotton and advaiice some methods for improve the insectresistance and lengthen the plant time of transgenic insect resistant cotton.
