摘要
介绍了高密度盐水的腐蚀规律及其控制技术和方法,分析并讨论了盐水的组成、密度、缓蚀剂、温度、使用的钢材类型、压力、接触时间、钢材表面积与盐水体积比等因素对腐蚀的影响。结果表明,复合盐水的腐蚀率高于单一盐水;在使用复合盐水时应尽可能降低ZnBr_2的用量,以减轻盐水的腐蚀;随着温度和压力的增加,盐水的腐蚀率明显增加;使用不同类型的钢材,盐水的腐蚀率不同;提高钢材表面积与盐水体积的比值可减轻腐蚀。
The paper studied several conditions which influencing the corrosivity of heavy weight brines. These conditions included brine composition, density, inhibitors used, time, pressure and temperature, types of steel, and ratio of surface area of steel to brine volume. Some methods and technologies for controlling the corrosivity were described.
