摘要
在定向井钻井过程中,岩屑床的形成极易造成井眼堵塞和卡钻事故。分析了形成岩屑床的影响因素,提出了控制岩屑床应采取的措施,即中斜度井段选择平板型层流洗井,大斜度井段采用紊流洗井,中斜度及大斜度定向井环空返速应控制在0.9—1.5 m/s为宜。
Drilling cuttings tend to settle down on the lower side of hole bottom in directional well, leading to filling of the hole and pipe sticking. Based on the analysis to the causes of cutting bed settling, specific measures on controlling hydraulics, drilling fluid property and drilling engineering are recommended for particular sections with different ranges of inclination.
