摘要
华北油田留路、高阳、任丘等区块部分井中含有CO_2、O_2和H_2S气体。这些气体共同与钻井液作用形成碳酸,易使钻杆腐蚀、疲劳,或压裂刺穿,造成重大钻具失效事故。为解决钻杆早期刺穿失效问题,针对不同地区,不同地层的有害介质特点。探索出DPI-2型缓蚀剂的最佳用量和适用的腐蚀介质,验证了其作用原理。在5口井的钻井液中应用DPI-2型缓蚀剂,平均腐蚀速度下降到0.3mm/a,钻杆本体刺穿失效率下降了79%,钻杆工作进尺增加了11700m,防止了钻具的腐蚀。
Carbon dioxide, oxygen and hydrogen sulfide existing in formation would cause drill pipe failure during drilling. By adding 0. 1%-0. 3% of corrosion inhibitor into drilling fluid, a layer of film would be formed on the drill pipe, thus inhibits corrosion and increases life span of the drill pipe. Proper use of this corrosion inhibitor was introduced. Application of it in 5 wells proved it to be effective.
