摘要
从自动武器射击过程中枪机实际承载情况出发,应用承受内压的薄壁圆筒壳理论,简单加载情况下的单一曲线假设,弹壳与弹膛的切向变形协调关系和弹壳与闭锁机构的轴向变形协调关系,推导出求解弹壳与弹膛之间正压力、弹壳轴向变形或移动时的阻力和弹壳与枪机之间相互作用力的理论计算公式。本文还给出了壳机作用力的理论计算和实验结果的比较。
Proceeding from the actual load-bearing condition of the bolt when an automatic weapon is firing, formulas for calculating the normal pressure between the cartridge case and the chamber, the vesistance force caused by the axial deformation or shift of the cartridge case, and the interactive force between the cartridge case and the bolt are derived, based on the theory of thin-wall cylindrical shell bearing internal pressure and the assumption of single curve under simple loading condition, the coordinated relationship between the tangential deformations of the cartridge ease and chamber, and the coordinated relationship between the axial deformations of the cartridge ease and the locking mechanism. The comparison for calculated and experimental results of case-bolt force are also given.
