摘要
目的 :筛选最佳的以丹参为君药的复方中药的水提取工艺。方法 :以水溶性酚酸为工艺筛选指标性成分 ,采用正交设计方法筛选最佳提取工艺及其条件。结果 :最佳提取工艺为将药材粉碎过 2 0目筛 ,加 8倍量水浸泡 1.5h ,煎煮 2次 ,第 1次 1.5h ,第 2次加 6倍量水 ,煎 1.0h。结论 :该提取工艺酚酸转移率高 (88.3% ) ,并经中试验证 ,合理可行。
Objective:To screen the best extraction process of compound Chinese medicine of miltirone used as a main medicine with water. Method: By using soluble salvianolic acid as screening index component,the best extraction process and condition were screened with orthogonal test method. Result: The best extraction process was as follow: The herbal medicines were crushed to 20 Mu sieve, added 8 times water, soaked for 1.5 h, decocted 2 times ,1.5 h and 1.0 h respectively. Conclusion: The extractive rate of salvianolic acid was higher (88.3%) by the process. The process was proved to be reasonable and feasible through production on a mode-rate scale.
