摘要
目的 :观察复方丹参滴丸对冠心病心绞痛患者高血脂、高血糖、高血压和高黏滞血症等多重危险因素的影响。方法 :6 7例冠心病心绞痛患者 ,随机分为治疗组 36例 ,对照组 31例 ,治疗组给予复方丹参滴丸加西药常规治疗 ,对照组仅予西药常规治疗 ,观察治疗前后心绞痛、心电图疗效及血脂、血糖、血压和血液流变性变化。结果 :治疗组对心绞痛、心电图的疗效与对照组比较差异无显著性 ,但在调脂、降糖、降压及改善血液流变性作用方面显著优于对照组。结论 :复方丹参滴丸对冠心病心绞痛患者多重危险因素具有一定的干预作用。
Objective:To observe the effects of Fufang Danshen Diwan(FDD),a traditional Chinese preparation,on risk factors such as dyslipoproteinemia,hyperglycemia,hypertension and hyperviscosity syndrome in angina pectoris patients.Methods:67 angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(36 cases) and the control group(31 cases).The treatment group was administered with FDD combined with westernconventional medicine,and the control group with western conventional medicine alone.The change of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,nitroglycerin doses,and serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,blood glucose,blood pressure and hemorrheologics were observed before and after the treatment.Result:Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in angina pectoris,electrocardiogram and reduction of nitroglycerin doses in the treatment group;but the effects on blood lipids,blood glucose,blood pressure and improvements of hemorrheologics in the treatment group were much better than those in the control group.Conclusion:FDD can effectively intervene risk factors in angina pectoris patients,which is beneficial to improving prognosis.
