脑缺血白细胞介素-1和抗细胞间黏附分子-1抗体对粒细胞黏附影响的实验研究

摘要 目的 探索白细胞介素 1(IL 1)和抗细胞间黏附分子 1(ICAM 1)抗体在脑缺血再灌注损伤时对粒细胞与血管内皮细胞黏附的影响。方法 利用微管吸吮技术 ,研究IL 1和抗ICAM 1抗体对脑缺血后粒细胞与内皮细胞黏附力学特性的影响。结果 粒细胞与内皮细胞黏附力在脑缺血再灌注 4h为 (18.4× 10 ) μdyn ,比正常对照组明显升高 ,加抗ICAM 1抗体后 ,细胞黏附力明显下降。脑缺血再灌注后粒细胞与内皮细胞黏附应力的变化与黏附力的变化基本一致。结论 IL 1可加强粒细胞与内皮细胞的黏附 ,抗ICAM Objective To investigate the influence of IL 1 and anti ICAM 1 antibody on adhesion between neutrophil and vascular endothelial cells after cerebral ischemia reperfusion.Method Influence of IL l and anti ICAM 1 antibody on the mechanical properties of adhesion between neutrophils and endothelial cells after cerebral ischemia reperfusion was studied by means of micropipette aspiration technique.Results Adhesion force between neutrophils and endothelial cells 4 h after cerebral ischemia reperfusion was (18.4×10) μ dyn,which was significantly increased as compared with normal controls.Adhesion force significantly decreased after administration of anti ICAM 1 antibody.Change of adhesion stress between neutrophils and endothelial cells after cerebral ischemia reperfusion was consistent with change of adhesion force.Conclusion IL l could promote adhesion between neutrophils and endothelial cells,while anti ICAM 1 antibody inhibited this adhesion.
