摘要
目的 了解层流手术室的污染来源 ,采取有效监控措施。方法 按医院内感染—监控与管理中规定的方法 ,对污染源的同一部位分手术后、常规消毒后及强化消毒措施后进行微物生学监测。结果 手术后的床垫、体位垫子、踏脚凳、拖布污染较严重 ,手术间回风口过滤网及手术室推车、洗器械水池均有不同程度污染。常规消毒后杀菌率分别在 4 3%~ 6 6 %左右 ,而强化消毒措施后杀菌率分别为 83%~ 93%左右。结论 不能过分依赖层流手术室的空气净化系统 ,对于污染源手术后应立即用 1∶2 0 0“84”消毒液擦拭 ,再用紫外线距离被消毒物品 30厘米左右照射 30分钟 。
Objective To find out the pollution origins of operation rooms with laminar flow in order to take an effective monitoring measurement Methods According to the roles of monitoring and management method for controlling infection inside hospital,the microbiologic inspection was taken postoperatively,after routine disinfections or strong disinfections Results There were severe pollution in mattress,body mat,doormat and mop after operation and slight pollution in the filter net of air return way,handcart of operation room,pools for washing instruments The efficacy of disinfections of routine method was 43% to 66% and the strong disinfections was 83% to 93% Conclusion It is not reasonable for undue depending on the air cleaning system in lamina flow operation rooms `84'disinfections fluid is ought to be used immediately in the origins of pollution and then irradiate with ultraviolet for 30 minutes is necessary
