摘要
目的 评价坚固内固定技术在颌骨骨折时的临床应用 ,并阐述其优点。方法 对资料完整的 110例颌骨骨折术后 3月的疗效进行分析。结果 94 5 4%的病例恢复良好的咬合情况 ,92 73%的病例张口度≥ 3 7cm ,X线片复查未见骨愈合不良或假关节形成 ,91 82 %的病例面部外形恢复良好 ,94 5 5 %的病例I期愈合。结论 坚固内固定技术在治疗颌骨骨折具有复位精确 ,固定稳定 ,病人痛苦少 ,面部美观 。
Objective: To evaluate clinical application of osteasynthesis and study the benefits of using this method in patients with jaw fractures Methods: The therapeutic effectiveness of 110 cases with jaw fracture was analyzed at the point of three months postoperatively Results: In total cases, the cases restored satisfied occlusion amounted to 94 54%, the cases of mouth opening over 37 mm amounted to 92 73%, the cases of good recovery of facial contour amounted to 91 28%, the cases of healing by first intention amounted to 94 55%, no cases of faulty union were found Conclusion: The osteasynthesis has the advantages of accurate reposition, stabile fixation, less pain, reliable effectiveness over conventional intermaxillary fixation and wire fixation
