摘要
目的 对尿干化学分析与常规检查结果进行比较。方法 干化学法 ;沉渣镜检法 ;常规定性法。结果 对 4 0 0例标本做检测 ,红细胞、白细胞干化学法与沉渣镜检法符合率分别为6 8 2 9% ,79 0 3%。蛋白质、葡萄糖干化学法与常规定性法符合率分别为 6 6 86 %、79 11%。结论 干化学分析无法测出管型 ,同时干扰因素多 ,所以 ,必要时要做沉渣镜检。蛋白质、葡萄糖用干化学法测定有一定局限性 ,必要时应对蛋白质、葡萄糖进行定性、定量试验 。
Objective To compare the results between uric dry chemical analysis and uric routine examination.Methods 400 cases of specimens were detected by the method of dry chemical method,sediments microscope inspection and routine qualitative analysis.Results The red cells and white cells detected by dry chemical method and sediments microscope inspection.The conformity rate of the results is 68.29%,79.03 respectively.Moreover,the protein and glucose deteceted by dry chemical method and routine qualitative analysis showed66.86 and 79.11in conformity rate respectively.Consclusion The dry chemical method could not find out the tubulus and with many interfering factors.Therefore,the sediments imcroscope inspection should be done.There is some limitation in dry chemical method detecting protein and glucose.The qualitative and qualitative analysis should be done when it is necessary in order to keep the accruacy of the resules.
