摘要
目的 :观察通心络胶囊对脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法 :选择 16 0例脑梗塞住院患者 ,随机分为通心络组和丹参组 ,观察治疗前后临床神经功能缺损症状及实验室指标 (血脂、血液流变学、血小板聚集功能 )。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 89.77% ,对照组为 72 .2 2 % ,治疗组明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组治疗后血脂、血液流变学、血小板聚集功能等各项实验室指标明显改善 ,其改善程度明显优于对照组。结论 :通心络具有调节血脂代谢、降低血液粘度、改善血液流变学、降低血小板聚集功能等作用、能有效改善脑部血液循环、减少迟发性神经元损害 ,改善脑梗塞病人的神经功能缺损症状。通心络胶囊为治疗和预防脑梗塞的有效药物。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficiency of Tong XinLuo(TXL) capsules for treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods: We selected TXL capsules treated group and the Danshen (DS)injection-treated group. symptoms of the neurological damage and laboratory date (serum ligid,blood circulation,thrombocyte aggregaation) before and after treatment were measured and evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 89.77% and 72.22% in higher than the latter (p<0.05).Excellent post treatment laboratory date were abtained in TXL group.Conclusion:TXL capsules are highly effetive medicine which can be used for cerebral infarction treatment and prevention.
