速尿雾化吸入对哮喘发作期患者肺功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察速尿雾化吸入对哮喘发作期患者肺功能的影响。方法 将哮喘发作期患者 6 4例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组以速尿 6 0 mg+生理盐水 4 ml雾化吸入 ,对照组以生理盐水 10 ml雾化吸入 ;两组均于吸药前及吸药后 30 min记录症状、肺部罗音及测量肺功能 (FVC、FEV1 、PEF、V50 、V2 5) ,其占预计值百分比依次为 (FVC%、FEV1 %、PEF%、V50 %及 V2 5% ) ,同时治疗组分别测量心率、血压及呼吸频率 ,并观察各项指标的变化。结果 治疗组经速尿雾化吸入后临床症状及肺功能有明显改善 ,差异有非常显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ,吸药前、后心率、血压及呼吸频率比较差异不明显 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 吸入速尿对急发期哮喘患者有非常明显的平喘作用 ,并能改善肺功能 。 Objective To Observe the effects of vaporized inhaled frusemide on the Pulmonary function.Methods Sixty-four cases of asthmatic were randomly divided into two groups - the treated group and the control group. Treated group inhaled 60mg vaporized frusemide plus 4ml normal saline. Control group inhaled 10ml normal saline. Thirty minutes before the treatment and half- hour after the administration, the symptoms and pulmonary rhonchi of them were recorded and the pulmonary function(FVC?FEV 1?PEF?V 50 ?V 25 ) of two groups, the heart rate, blood pressure and respiratory frequency of treated group were measured. Compared with the estimation figure, the percentages of the pulmonary function measured above respectively are (FVC%?FEV 1.%?PEF%?V 50 % and V 25 %) and the changes of these indexes were observed.Results The clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of the treated group were improved considerably. There are statistical significance(p<0.01).And the treatment has no marked influence on the heart rate, blood routine and breath frequency(p>0.05). Conclusion The Inhaling frusemide can improve the Pulmonary function of acute asthmatic and alleviate the asthmatic symptoms. At the same time the heart rate and blood routine will not be affected.
